New to MyFitnessPal App

I just started using myfintess pal and find it very useful. I am new to keeping track of my daily diet and its scary to know some of the junk I have been eating =D

Any advice is welcome!

    It helps alot and holds you accountable for what your eating! I love it.

    Just keep at it. It seems overwhelming at first, but gets easier. Don't worry if you hit rough patches and go over your calories. The important thing is to keep going and you will see the results. Good luck!

    Use it as a learning tool...bc sometimes we don't think about what we are putting into our bodies.... But MFP helps you realize and then you can go from there.... Keep up though....and once you get a hang of it though it will be fun and enjoyable!!
