    I got to be honest with you. When I scolled down to your "after" pics my mouth fell open and and my eyes got big. You are more toned than the chics on te P90X discs. You go, girl!!

    @Ramona818 For my protein its mostly vegan products instead of meats, although im NOT vegan. I just tend to eat more vegan products because they digest better. So instead of eating chicken, I will eat meat substitute to get full amount of protein.
