    You can also use a box of cake mix and substitute diet soda and/or applesauce to make it low calorie and low fat!
    Dark soda for dark cakes, clear soda for white cakes.

    I usually make funfetti with no sugar added applesauce in place of oil. Just over 100 calories per cupcake with a little bit of frosting. Plus they're SUPER moist thanks to the applesauce.
