Does anyone else carb cycle?

If you do, what's your rotation? Does one of your high carb days fall on a rest day?

I like to do high carbs twice a week. Low carbs on my two rest days. Moderate carbs the other three days of the week.

So it follows: MC, MC, HC, LC, MC, HC, LC

What's your rotation? Trying to see if there are better ideas out there.

    Hey! I started carb cycling as;

    Mon/Tues - High Carb
    Weds/Thurs - Low Carb
    Fri - High Carb
    Sat/Sun - Low Carb

    Now I do 3 low carb/1 high carb.

    As for the work outs, I try to do HIIT early morning before a low carb day, later workouts are on high carb days and I use high carbs as fuel for the workout! Rest days are just when my body gives in or post sports massages ! :)
