Sugar Levels always too high?

I have been logging my food in the journal for about 5 days now, and I have always noticed that I go over on my sugar intake. The thing that annoys me with this is that it is going over with fruit. I always thought eating fruit was good but I always have that red mark at the bottom of the page. Does anyone else have this issue? what can I do about it? I dont want to stop eating fruit!

Are you at risk of developing diabetes? If not, worry not about sugar.

If so, stick to no more than 2 servings of fruit a day. Sugar is sugar regardless of where it comes from.

This tbh. There's no need to worry about sugar from fruit unless you have a medical reason to do so.

Fruit is good for you, enjoy it.

This happens to me as well but not through fruit (blush icon here) However was reassured by someone pointing out that sugar is a subdivision of carbs and provided you don't go over the carbs in your macro all should be well. Working for me even with excess sugar :-)

I go over the excess carbs and sugar mainly from my fruit intake as well.

There is so much information around about good fruits and bad fruits - I go by the 5 a day rule for fruit & veg - ok maybe 6 a day! But with a healthy exercise regime I figure once I can burn off the calories it should be ok?
