there is much written about spot reducing. The simple fact is fat comes off the same way it went on. It comes off in layers, last on-first off.
I have work, eaten, taken, inhaled, every diet trick in the book-the waist band (or entire SUIT like I had one time!!) do nothing to reduce your weight or waistline.
Diet and exercise. If you incorporate ab work as you lose, when the fat is gone viola! a beautiful stomach to behold!!:flowerforyou:

Sure it works. It's a sweat band, and it makes you sweat. Probably smells pretty bad by the end of the day. But it does absolutely nothing for fat reduction.0

grr what is the use of it then?!?!?0

to getcha to spend your hard earned money on it0

im glad i didnt spend my money lol0

The sweat band does work it plays a role in losing belly waight but you must not stop working out ever and eat right forever.0

I always learned you can't spot lose and you lose from the extremities to the core or from the outside in. Seems to be its a gimmick for someone to make money. sure it works... til you eat! Just like any of the other quick fix diet fads!
more satisfying if you work hard and take it off!!!

There's no quick easy way to loose weight, if you see any product that claims to be easy and fast... like hard rock abs in 3 minutes a day and so on... skip ahead, it won't work... at least not as they say it will.
You want the secret?
Simple, dedication!!!! Change your life, eat healthy and exercise regularly.
And by exercise it doens't mean you have to be dead at the end of it, a good 1 hour walk 3 times a week to start will do wonders.0 -
The sweat band does work. If you use it consistently you will lose inches off of your waist... it's not a miracle weight loss treatment but it does reduce inches and a lot of that is def. due to water weight. When i was younger i modeled and i would have to drop inches in my waist in a short amount of time. I would run with this on and sit in the sauna (i don’t recommend/not healthy) and my waist would go down at least an inch. It is less than $10 and you can reuse the same band for years.... it's worth the maybe $7 you'll spend.
FYI... it won’t do anything if you’re eating terrible food and not really working out.
advice: incorporate this into your cardio days sweat sweat sweat baby! eat healthy foods and workout so you can enjoy your body for the next 60 years!
No wi use the seat band often, but def. use it more often if i knowi will be in a bathing suit..... abs are ready to show after a week of sweating more than usual.0 -
I was all excited to talk about headbands to wear while exercising. Now I am disappointed.0

What exactly would be the point of this sweat band?0
