Hello Everyone...I AM BACK!!!
After some health issues , I am back , but unfortunately....I have gained my weight back too...so....This time I am ON FIRE...for whats best for me!!! Plus..I have a beach trip coming up at the end of Sept. I do NOT want to be chunky and out of shape! Any encourahement and advice IS welcome! Thanks in advance!

    Hello my name is Rebecca I just joined yesterday. I love this web site it is so easy to use. I moved to Alabama 9 years ago from Colorado. It is very beautiful here. I want to loose the weight so I can enjoy the beach too! :smile:
