Not Seeing Scale Results

I did not take measurement when I started. I am 185 and have not see the scale move. I started this two weeks ago and have been eating 1200 cals and walking/running one mile three days a week. This is really hard to put all this work into it and see zippo. When should I start to see some results??? Shouldn't I have lost about 4 to 5 lbs by now??? Really need some encouragement.

    Are you eating filling calories? Please don't give up. I have been on a plateau for several weeks and finally saw movement this morning on my scale. Some people suggest eating maybe 200 more calories. I don't know about that but I have pretty much faithfully stayed at 1200 calories. :flowerforyou: Don't give up!!!
