Lean Body Mass Intact? CHECK!

When I committed to becoming more healthy in March of this year, I based my calorie requirements on TDEE -20% and my protein needs by calculating my lean body mass based on my bf%. When I started I was 32lbs heavier... I had 45% bf and that left me with 123lbs of LBM. I wanted to re-assess my protein needs now that I've lost 32lbs and my bf% is 36.... which puts my lean mass at 123! Looks like I'm a BIG FAT LOSER!!!!

That is awesome!
I'm hoping I'll see similar results. My bf% hasn't really changed much just yet (in April I started at 40.6% and down to about 39%). My current protein needs based on LBM are similar to yours.0 -
LOL!!
