I attend both les mills body pump and body combat classes - does anyone know how to add this to your exercise tracker?

I do body combat and put it in as high impact aerobics. Martial arts seemed like way too high a burn.0

i always put body pump as circuits general as i get the same calorie burn in that class as i do on my polar watch aroung 400 cals an hours xx0

you go to exercise then my exercise and create exercise.. I put in the title body pump 60 minutes and 400 calories.. save it.
I then looked up exercise body pump. and it came up.. any questions message me.0 -

I dis the same created new and put in body pump my polar says I burn 400 cals and its pretty consistant every time!0

I googled. There's some "average" cals burned on the website/forum and I just added them to 'my exercises'0
