30 pounds down for 1 year +

So, I lost my myfitnesspal account in my divorce. He got to keep our email address that it was registered under. I started off on my journey at 172 lbs after an extended hospitalization and finding myself in the middle of an abusive marriage. Eventually I decided it was time for me. As of today I am 138 lbs and 5 ft 9.5in. I still struggle with eating, but as I have surrounded myself with a better environment, gone back to college, and learned to love myself, it is quite a bit easier than it used to be. I credit my weight loss to vegetarianism, my supportive friends, and therapy. Now, I am working on weight maintenance and helping my best friend meet her weight-loss goals, too.
