WORKOUT
3 x 15 push ups
3 x 1:00 min. core hold
3 x 15 walking forward lunges each leg
3 x 15 squats
3 x 15 squat jumps
3 x 15 burpees
3 x 20 tricep dips
3 x 15 walking push ups
3 x 15 walking side lunges each leg
3 x 15 up/up down/downs (on chair or bench)
3 x 20 lunge jumps
3 x 30 lemon squeezers
3 x 10 each way wake up lexi's
3 x 1:00 wall sit
3 x 20 forward and back quick jumps (over a line)
3 x 15 push ups

Sounds really bad, but I have no idea. I got this as a summer workout packet from my coach and I usually just do sit ups in place of it. I should have deleted it cus I don't do that one!0 -

Sweet workout! I do something similar or to shake it up - I often go to 'POPSUGAR.COM' and use the downloadable workouts as it's really important to be able to workout at home if you have a spare time or aren't a gym member etc0
