    I'm not sure if I want to use syrup...maybe I'll just use extra sriracha and a little raw honey for the sweet.

    Out of curiosity, why would you use honey instead of maple syrup (assuming it's 100% maple syrup)? The heat from cooking will destroy the beneficial properties of the raw honey.


    I've been making this for years (with honey or maple syrup, depending on what I have on hand), except without the salt and a bit of garlic. The added garlic is delicious!
