I broke up with my scale

And it has been the healthiest decision Ive ever made in my life.
Since I committed to MFP in February, I don't have a clue how much weight Ive lost.

I track everything I eat, Im very rarely over my goal. I work out 4-5 days a week, plenty of cardio and weight training. I even started C25K and riding my bike every day as a rode of transportation. I take hours long bike rides around Brooklyn with my 6 year old. I wear shorts out in public for the first time in my life. I have energy when I wake up in the morning and I have cut my caffeine intake to 1 cup a day. I regularly drink 10- 15 cups of water a day.

And I have NO IDEA how much I weigh. I have no idea what my measurements are.

And can I tell you...this is truly the best Ive ever felt about myself in my entire life.

Congratulations -- that is wonderful! :) The scale and I have a horrible affair. I try to stay away, but I just can't. So now I'm giving myself at least a week.... with separation anxiety, of course:P I can't wait until I'm comfortable wearing shorts again, so jello on you there!

I don't know if I *should* be wearing shorts yet, but it's the first time in my life I feel OK doing it. I HAD to stop with the scale. I got on ONCE since Feb, and it said I gained .5lb. Which I knew was crap because I fit into a pair of pants I couldnt even button a month prior so SCREW YOU GRAVITY
