P90x work out

Hey I am going to start p90x i have been doing running and seeing no results and i am sicks of it.I need to turn things up a bit for me. Any advice or tip woulds be Awesome!!!!

Any program will work providing it challenges your body. Diet > workout to simply drop weight. Diet + workout is better.....lose weight and get in shape. IMO though. bodybuilders have known the secret all along. Lift weights and eat more calories than you burn and you get bigger. Lift weights and eat less calories than you burn and you get stronger and leaner.0

Are you following the program including the Nutritional guide? I have done P90X twice, first followed the nutritional guide and saw outstanding results, best shape of my life... then I steered away from it, put on a few pounds, got back into doing it but this time not following the nutritional guide, and didn't see results like the first time. Now I am about to give it a third try, but this time I will go all the way in including the nutritional program.
