Need to get motivated.

I remember the days when I would exercise 3 times a day.. would jump out of bed if I felt like I didn't exercise enough. But i've had the flu for 2 weeks, and gastro for a week after that. No exercise for three weeks. That's the longest duration in over four years.
I have gone from a size 24 to a size 6 and never want to go backwards so I know I have to get off my butt.. but just can't get in the mindset when everything keeps crashing on my head.. I know exercise makes me feel better too! So it's rather stupid.

    I hurt myself and was out 4 weeks. I felt the same way afterward.

    Anytime this happens I have a routine.
