Hello first off a little background. Im 30 mother of 3 I have ALWAYS been active. For 3yrs I was doing the full time work and full time school I was even able to sometimes here and there squeeze in about 30min of work out. After school ended I had my break only worked full time (at that time I only had my 2 eldest) went home dealt with the kiddos, husband and home.
Now fast forward to now I have 2boys one a teen, one a tween and my little terrible 2s (she is 15months but seems to have started TT2s early LOL!!) Im still working and the boys are in sports (sorry forgot to mention my little one is a girl). My schedule never stopped being busy I wake up take kids to school and head to work. I get out of work pick up my baby girl from football practice (where hubby and boys are at) and head home to make dinner. Then ofcourse check homework, showers, pick up house, etc. I was able to handle a busy schedule like a champ before. Staying up late to study and do homework didnt bother me at the least. Now I feel so sleep deprived (sp?). Not only that but I have been noticing joint and back problems my back I guess I can thank pregnancy (lol!!) but joints not to sure (mainly my knees).
My question is what vitamin supplement is most recommended by you? I have never taken any type of vitamins except when I was pregnant so have no idea where to start.

My schedule looks like yours- only I have all girls (1 teen, 1 tween and a 20 month old). I take a liquid B complex from GNC and Solotron (multivitamin).0

I take One-a-Day Women's Active Mind and Body, it contains "energy support" it contains caffeine in the form of Guarana Seed, 180 mg (of caffeine it says).
Also, sleep is really important to health, weight-loss and overall mental function so do whatever you can do get 7-8 hours of rest!0 -
I hate to say it but welcome to your 30's. You may want to look into a multi vitamin, choose one with magnesium an db vitamins (especially 12) these will help boost energy and it sounds like there is so much going on that as usual mommy has given up all of HER me time to care for the rest. We all do this at one point or another but you have to say something and ask for help or you won't get it. Maybe before picking baby up at football you can get a quick 30 minutes in.
Also, I found this to be my best plan, I cook all of the week's meals on Saturday or Sunday, that way there is no dinner to worry about and everyone is capable of heating up their own food so mom can get a workout in. Also, crock pots are great and my stove has a delayed timer on it so I can pull food out of the fridge and set it to be ready at a certain time. doing these things eleviated the stress of coming home and trying to make healthy food for everyone and still get even a walk through the neighborhood done. Sounds like you have three big boys who can start doing a little for themselves0 -
Centrum has a good vitamin, with some iron for energy; however, I would recommend that you visit your doctor and get a checku up with blood work and thyroid evaluation to make sure that there are not underlying physical problems.
It may be that you are not getting enough rest and sleep, that you are eating too many carbs (which are easy to get when you are running like a chicken without a head), not enough protein, or that you are not eating enough calories. But I still think that a medical evaluation will be beneficial.
If you could take one day to recuperate by having a family member or your husband taking care of the kids. I would be very helpful too. Wish you the best!0
