Hi,

I have been a member since January but I would try it a couple of times, log for a day or two and then stop. I also had no idea about the community and forums. I think this is great. So it is now middle of July and I am going to try again. Right now, my main goal is to just log everyday and move more. I will think about the weight later.

    Like you, I have been half-a$$ing this since mid-November. I started at 198 in June 2012 and by mid-Nov was 169.5 I am now 187.5 :explode: It's all my own fault and I own it. But I am trying to turn this train around!! Good luck!! You can do it!! :flowerforyou:
