Recently had a knee replacement done, still having trouble with doing exercises. Anyone have any suggestions?

LOL @ Bruce, that's a mans answer to everything!! There are mini challenges under the exercise and fitness tab under community. Most are do able with health problems:) I have plantar facitis and have had back surgery, I have been able to do them:) Good luck:)0

how about sit ups or light weights? swimming is also good. I have problems with my feet and find these exercises help me0 -

I hurt my knee last week, since then I've been going to the gym and after my usual rotation of weight lifting machines I go over and use the Leg extention machine. 2-3 days later my knee feels so much better.0
