Baby Bels! I don't know if they will help you sleep, but they are zero carbs, low cal, and a nice little shot of protein/fat. I usually eat 2 at a time :-)

I usually grab a palm full of nuts and a glass of water if I get hungry between diner and bedtime. Sometime I don't have enough calories in my diner and I like to add in some before bed. Another option is a few spoonfuls of full fat plain greek yogurt. I buy the bigger tub instead of the single serving packs. Just a few table spoons is pretty filling and only 1/4 a serving. I also have 85% dark chocolate bars and snap off 1/4 a serving for a sweet snack.

I recently found freeze dried edamame and those are really good. Lots of protein, fiber, low carb, low calorie and filling. A half cup is only 90 calories but I eat only 1/4 c. at a time and it's plenty.
