                    I find that I do so much better losing weight when I can have something that records what I do.  The wii and the Cardio tracker on my phone really help motivate me to exercise.  I add what I do from them and my meals to this site.  I love how this site calculates the calories from the food and show how many you've earned from exercise.  I am a 34 year old female and have about 60 pounds that I would like to lose.
