My Favorite Super-Duper Easy Fruit Dip

I made this recipe for a baby shower and everyone loved it. I make it a lot for myself now. It's great for dipping any fruit in and I've also used it as a dressing for a creamy fruit salad (I used it on watermelon & blueberrys for a July 4th picnic). It's both tangy and sweet.

Whisk together:
1 - container Cool Whip (I use sugar free)
1 - 6oz container plain yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
4 - Tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette (I use Kraft fat free)

Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Stir before serving.

Using the brands I listed, 2 Tbsp of the dip has 28 calories, 4 carbs, and less than 1 fat.

I think you could do lots of different variations by just changing the vinaigrette. I'm thinking of maybe a cranberry or pomegranate vinaigrette. The other day at the store I spotted a ginger vinaigrette that I'm thinking of trying.

    This is really good! But if you don't want to use the vinegrette...just use a flavoured yogurt...I always use strawberry yogurt and mix with low fat cool whip. So tasty! :)
