From smoker to 3 miles in 2 months!

I hit my first fitness goal today. I did 3 miles in 30 minutes. I know that's not great to most but it's awesome to me. 2 months ago I was smoking a pack of reds a day and now I'm accomplishing a 10 minute mile! the reason I posted this in this section? I also burned 454 calories doing it! Below was the routine today:

4 mph walk (warm-up): 2 min
7 mph run: 10 min
4 mph walk: 2 min
7 mph run: 5 min
4 mph walk: 2 min
6 mph run: 7 min
4 mph walk (cool-down): 2 min

My next goal is to accomplish this 3 miles in 30 minutes at a solid run. I got this!
