I am 5'3 and started in Sept 2012 at 235lbs. Today I am 160lbs. Here are my before and now pics. I still want to lose another 25lbs or so.

I am posting because the last few days I haven't had the motivation to keep going. But knowing my journey could inspire others helps me get motivated!! :)

    You have come a long, long way - don't lose your motivation now! If you need to, go on maintenance for a while and maintain your loss. Then when you have your motivation again, strive to lose that pesky 25 lbs. Motivation comes and goes, I know, I have lost my last 10 lbs 3 times. LOL. Its been a struggle to keep these last 10 lbs off - it seems I do well over a vacation, but when I get back from vacation, the weight seems to come back on. (somehow I lose control...) So, if you need a friend, send me a request with a message. I'll try and encourage you!
