    You are just the inspiration I need. I am 63, diagnosed 2 years ago with CPD and as my doctor says " been carrying around a 7 month pregnancy for 10 years". Started a few weeks ago at 225, now at 212 on my way down to 155 someday. Keep up the good work! I hope to have a success story someday too.

    benw, I do not want to fly under false colors or take credit for something I am not. I am not a former Marine. That photo was taken with my son ( Army Ranger and HALO parachutist) and we were at an event in Georgia honoring Marines.
