Best Crossfit eating plan for weight loss??

I've been doing crossfit for 10 months now and I've eaten Paleo on and off - otherwise I eat quite clean other than the odd day or two. I find that it is very hard to lose weight however my measurements are what they would be before crossfit as if I was 10 pounds thinner. However, I still find this frustrating! I'm not sure how to eat to lose weight and still have the proper fuel for my workouts. I wonder if anyone has any ideas?

    I train for triathlon as well as crossfit on a daily basis. I wasn't losing any weight when I was eating back some of my burned calories. I started sticking to a 1200 daily calorie diet with a day or two where I'll go slightly over. I'm not hungry and I'm seeing results. It's hard to keep meals down to 300 or 400 calories but I'm learning new recipes all the time. And I have to make decisions on whether a food is worthy of it's calorie content. Because of this I find the food I'm eating to be more nutritious.
