I have been vegetarian for a while and just made the jump to being a vegan a couple of months ago. I have found http://www.nomeatathlete.com to be a really helpful resource...although most of the fueling is centered around long distance running.0

There are a few MFP groups dedicated to vegans that might be able to give you more info, recipes, etc
And whether you are vegan or not, to build muscle you'll want to be eating at a calorie surplus...basically going through a "bulk" phase.
Also, have you looked into strength programs? I would recommend looking into Stronglifts, Starting Strength and Wendler. If you don't have access to equipment, check out NerdFitness and Convict Conditioning.0 -

Ahhh- I'm scared of the bulk phase, but I suppose it has to be done, hey? Thanks!0 -
Suggest that you join these two groups on MFP; Happy Herbivores and Team Vegan. You will find lots of like-minded individuals and can also scan through past discussions for insight.
I have been a vegan for 4 1/2 years so feel free to add me as a friend. My diary is open. You can also check out my friends list I have a lot of vegan friends there that are great moral support.0 -
