When I came back to MFP at the beginning of the year, I wrote on my profile page that I wanted to lose 15-20lbs. At the time, I was extremely motivated, but I really didn't think I'd even get to 15lbs. I just knew I needed to lose some weight and figured I'd see how far I could go.

When I got to 15lbs, I realized I had a lot more work to do, so I kept at it. Now it's been 6 1/2 months, and as of today, I am officially down 20lbs!! I'm going to keep logging my food and working out several times a week (after all, that's all become habit now - yay!). But I'm not looking to lose a lot more weight - I'll just be working on tightening things up and staying healthy.

Here's a before and after picture, since I know how much everyone likes those. :happy:
