Should I weigh in this week?

I weighed myself two Saturdays ago and I was 0.4 lbs down - 10 lbs lost so far. Last week, from Friday-Sunday, I was on vacation and did not watch what I ate. I walked a good bit, but I'm sure I went over my calories each day. I did not weigh in that Saturday, of course, and I've been back on track since Monday - working out and eating under my goal as usual.

Should I weigh in this Saturday or give it another week? What would you do?

    It might help to weigh in, that way you can see what happens if you go a couple days without being too careful. Either way, there probably won't be much of a difference if you've been back on track for a couple of days already.
