So I am working out a lot right now; keeping up my ballet (except for this week when I had a knee sprain), doing Insanity and hiking with my pups. I am now also doing heavyish lifting a few days a week
I don't so much have weight to lose but want to look more cut and get a smaller waist and broaden my shoulders, reduce a bit of the pear, if you will.
Things are going well, if slowly.
My problem is I love to eat....BUT what I love to eat is, in my world, very healthy stuff![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
For example, I will make a big pot of yellow lentil soup with veggies and want two huge bowls or I will keep cutting chunks of tempeh and sprouted tofu off and munch on them. I will eat a whole cauliflower as I love it so much or an avocado with garlic after I have just eaten lunch! Or I will crave a bowl of healthy granola dry.....or a slice or two of protein bread with organic peanut butter.
Weird, I know![;) ;)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/wink.png)
My naughty treats are a square of raw or very dark chocolate which I cannot seem to give up
So, the result, in my opinion, is that I maintain but don't lose and I often feel a bit bloated.
I think this is lately my problem anyhow....it's the conclusion I have come to.
I was logging faithfully for 60 days and got a bit bored as I seem to eat the same way either way...I usually appear to eat up to my calorie designation including exercise calories.
Any suggestions? Oh I am vegan by the way.

It's all about self-control! I work at a doctor's office & drug reps are always bringing in catered food & I have learned to "Just Say NO"-I have lost 20# in one month & I know it works....Will Power Rules! Good LUck!0
