Calling All 2000 calorie/day dieters!

I want to hear from people, especially females, who have found success on a 2000+ calorie.day diet. I want as many details as youre willing to give- what u eat, and how u feel eating 2k etc. I need advice.

Ive tried 1200 cals, 1500cals and on both I starve to death...and thats without exercise. I was never in my life a binger or an overeater, but restricting myself to the point of dizziness I found myself huddled in my kitchen eating a box of crackers out of fear for passing out. I WISH I could eat 1200 calories and drop lbs like some MFP members but its physically impossble for some reason.

So 3 weeks ago I increased to 2000cals.day, eat clean and I workout like a mad woman without eating back calories, and feel great. My diet is of organic whole homemade foods. Nothing from a box.

So here's my goal: to eat clean 2000cals.day, and do JIllian's 30 day shred daily at minimum. Then weight in in 30days. My fear is not being able to lose at 2000 but I want to give it 30 days to know for sure.

I know exactly how you feel, i am nearly 49 5.6 and have tried 1200 1400 1600 and i am just so hungry all the time, i found myself exercising just so i could have something to eat , it might sound crazy but i am really hungry most of the time on low calories.
I have lost 25 lbs so far but it has come to a stop i was eating back my calories as suggested on here and i did lose maybe half a pound a week sometimes nothing at all and sometimes gained 3 lb and then the next day lost 4 lb, i decided to up my calories only yesterday and i have put them up to 2000 a day i have still done the same amount of exercise but have 330 calories remaining, mfp reckons if everyday is like today i will have lost 6lb in 5 weeks, i hope this is correct as i rather like having more food to eat somehow i don't feel deprived maybe its all in the mind. today i have lots of energy and feel really well, most days on lower calories i feel tired and just can't be bothered , so there is something in more food ha ha
