There is none. It's all just a big trend/scam.

It gives you the ****s, hence people think it cleans out something or other.

I agree....
However I do own a juicer and use it to make fruit and veggie juices, because they are good and full of vitamins and get a little extra veggies in me. But to juice as a weight loss/detox seems like unsound logic.

It's great to cleanse your palate but definitely not a lifestyle choice.

The THEORY behind it is the nutrients are more bio available due to having the fibre removed from juicing. Personally, I'd rather eat my food and let my body figure it out LOL

It's a great way to keep raw.

Well, when you drink juice, the angels that live in the juice get together in your body and discuss declaring war on the toxic demons. They have a vote. A simple majority means they start manufacturing weapons and head out to destroy the demons. They behead the demons with magical axes, forever silence their evil, and declare your body clean.
That's what I heard, anyway. Sounds legit.

Unless you are a drug addict or have been exposed to heavy metals and need chelation therapy your BS detector should go on high alert the moment you see the word detox.

I'd love to hear it too.
