My small NSV which means the world to me

I'm a few pounds less than 150. I don't ever want to go back. I feel so happy to finally be under that. I have been hovering this weight for quite a while so it means the world to me to no longer be there. I know this is not a big deal, but it really gave me confidence that I can reach my goal.

    Congrats girl, good job!!
I just got under 180 which was huge to me, it has taken me a really long time b/c I yo-yo dieted so long, but this time I am in it for the long haul so getting somewhere I had wanted to for so long was really exciting. I still have a long way to go but really feel I might be able to do it this time!

I felt kind of silly posting this because I know it's not a big deal, but I'm feeling on cloud 9 about it.

An NSV is a NON-SCALE victory.

But good for you anyway! I remember that feel!

Haha it's ok! It's still a victory nonetheless!
