Bummer about the overdraw. Usually if you go in and talk to someone at the bank, not a teller someone with more power, and tell them that you want the fee removed or you are taking your business elsewhere they can make it go away. I used to work at a bank, so maybe give it a try:-)

money wont buy me anything but a fee if i do my math wrong and overdraw :(:(

Do you have online banking? Maybe looking at your balance everyday would help.

I agree with Sherry. Math is not my strongest point, but I've made a habit of "balancing my checkbook" via online banking every few days. If I don't know how much I have in the bank - it is as easy as sending a text message or logging online to check. Now it is a habit - hardly takes any time.

I used to OD (that is overdraft - NOT overdose, lol) ALL the time - I finally figured out that I was losing SERIOUS bucks to OD fees (upwards of hundreds of dollars a year) and was not okay with that (I like my money in my pocket, lol).
