Hello MFP!

I used to come here a lot before but then my life became crazy and had to sadly stop. I was going great on my goal but now I packed more than I had before.

So here I am, back to get back in shape and trying to get that beach body we all dream of!

    Hey Max - I know how that is. I gained more than I had when I originally started as well. I've been back for about a month now and it feels great!! Good luck sticking to it this time, I know you can do this!! We can do this!
