Dreamliner and airplane security

For anyone that did not know this site existed and worry about airplane security.

Here is a link for you to look at.

There is a dreamliner on this site that has just turned around and flying back to the airport. I hope it is not another accident.

But this site is unbelievable when we are supposed to be so security conscious.

    Just for information the flight was flying to Japan from USA.

    Anyone any thoughts as to why it has turned around off the coast and is now returning to the USA?

    I'm always worried about too much airport security. Seems we traded liberty for security here in the states. Sorry didnt read the article just had to get out my 2 cents.

    It is not an article it is live coverage of all the airplanes as they move in the sky.

    the plane is on its way back to Boston after it got out over the ocean on its way to Japan. The Dreamliner only made it just over the coast of the USA and has now circled and is on its way back to USA. The flight is starting to be picked up by news channels.

    Have you checked it out? It is real t he plane is about to land it is at 11000 ft

    I think the site is awesome, but scary, that you can see every flight in the world, how does it all work with security when we all have to go through so many security measures to get on a plane and then they are all up there for anyone to follow??

    I hope they find the phone :tongue:

    i dont feel like we lost anything significant. are u talking about taking your shoes off? scanners? not that big of a deal to me.

    I think the site is awesome, but scary, that you can see every flight in the world, how does it all work with security when we all have to go through so many security measures to get on a plane and then they are all up there for anyone to follow??

    What exactly do you think people people are going to do to planes once they're in flight if they have the location?

    Hmmm Have you ever heard of anti aircraft missiles? Bombs on planes before they leave. Terrorists planning the flight paths of aircraft.

    There are so many scenarios and so many sad episodes around flights/trains/buses where there are multiple innocent passengers.

    If you were a terrorist then I am sure that you would find a way to suit the location whether it was in the air or otherwise.

    planes dont fly randomly around the world. they fly in lanes basically. you dont need that website in order to find airplane targets.

    ^Truth. If anyone really wanted the info they could get it without this site. It's best to just not think about things like that or you may get paranoid.
