Move it/Lose it

Hi, My name is Sarah. Feel free to add me!!! I am a stay at home mommy of 5 year old twins. I have 100+ to lose but it is and will continue to come off!!! My goal is to move it and lose it!!! I am on exercise restrictions right now so I am using getting outside and playing with my kids as my exercise. It is a win/win situation!! I use to be a complete couch potato but now my tv is only on in the evenings after dinner and I am up going all day. I am feeling so much better about myself and really getting to know my kids so much better then I already did!!!

    I sent you a request. I am a SAHM of 2 elementary aged girls! We started a no TV between lunch and dinner rule, and it has helped us ALL get moving during the day. :)
