    Hi I'm kind of new but not totally, my daughter got me on this last year, but I could never figure it out, but now needing to lose 30 lbs and keep track of my eating habits as well as exercise I am giving this another shot, quite proud of myself as I have been faithfully logging my meals and in the first week I've lost 2 lbs :) how's everyone else doing
