What do you add to your exercise?

I'm on my feet today from 11 till 21.00, cleaning, serving customers, carrying thing up and down stairs, and wondered if all that counts as my activity level in my profile, or anything else I should add? Just wondered cause work makes me tired, and hungry!

    You need to calculate your numbers (TDEE etc) based on being lightly - moderately active (you will know which you are). You will have more calories to play with so should be less hungry.

    Maybe you should wear a HRM whilst at work to calculate calories burnt :wink:
