I am native to NW Missouri but currently living in the Central Iowa/Des Moines area. Eager to meet some new fitness friends locally for support, motivation and friendship. Any others out there?

    Hello there! I'm a bit late to your thread, but I live just south of Des Moines. I work downtown and go to a gym nearby after work during the week. I've been wanting to get a gym buddy... think you might be interested?

    I'm in Cedar Rapids....I work out at home and don't go to a gym, but I've been told I'm a pretty good motivator?

    I work in DSM, and live in a SE 'burb of it. I'm originally from Southern IA... so many a friend told me I may as well be from Missouri. The more MFP Friends the better. :-)
