I have heard about this through the grapevine, and wonder if anyone out there has ever tried this stuff, and does it taste good, does it curb sweet cravings, what's in it, etc.

It or something like it was tested on Rachael Ray and that lady liked it. I'm sure you could still look up the results even though it was quite a few months ago.

The blog you mentioned was a very interesting read! Thanks. I guess if you have desperate cravings you might turn to these, but if you can "gut it out" on your own, that too reduces cravings eventually. The candies sounded better than the sprays.
