Right now I am doing stronglifts and will be starting T25 as soon as my disc comes, I'd like to maybe do something relaxing like yoga before bedtime. Are there any good yoga dvd's out there that you'd recommend I follow? I've never done yoga before so am I crazy to think it will be relaxing?
And is it something I can learn from a dvd? I dont have time for classes.

I suggest checking out YouTube, and more specifically SarahBeth Yoga! I was completely new to yoga and found her channel and decided to give it a chance. The thing I love about SarahBeth is she gives really detailed verbal descriptions about how to get into poses and how to do them correctly, so you don’t have to be craning you head/neck to see the video to see what she is doing (I have some back issues, so this is a BIG deal to me!!!) She has great starter videos about how to correctly get into poses, and even videos about healthy eating. Her bedtime yoga routine is AMAZING if you need help falling asleep and on the other side of things she has more intense yoga you can really sweat to! If you check it out, let me know what you think! Good luck and enjoy!!

There are lots of relaxing yoga DVDs ...... stay away from those labeled power yoga.
A couple I like
Element Yoga for Stress Relief & Flexibility......2 programs that run 30 minutes (or so)

Stess Relief Yoga for Beginners & PM Yoga .... Suzanne Deason .... workouts 2 & 5 found on the Gaiam compilation DVD

Rodney Yee is by far my favorite DVD yoga teacher and I've wasted money on a lot of yoga DVDs that I don't like. He is a power yoga instructor but has a large series including yoga for relaxation and restoration. His beginner DVD is very good and it also has a section in which he demonstrates and explains all of the main poses. Good luck! I hope you love yoga as much as I do!0

I suggest checking out some yoga blogs and websites. Kino Macgregor does great work. www.lucidpractice.com is fantastic from a yoga and wellness perspective. i suggest you youtube the ashtanga primary series and slowly follow along. stop when u are unable to do any posture. start with sun salutation a and sun salutation b. when you practice this type of yoga you will get the real benefits of yoga: meditation.
cheers,
