Hi

I have been on MFP a while but have not really introduced myself.

I am looking for some more friends and support/motivation.

I work out twice a week with a personal trainer combining mainly weight training with some cardio, I run 1-2 times a week with my running club and try to get other workouts in during the week as well.

I log in everyday and do my best to comment and support.
