Suggestions for a barre/ballet dvd?

Hi, all,

I am interested in introducing a barre/ballet workout into my routine and would love sme guidance. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good home workout? I would consider myself at the intermediate level.

    the new york city ballet also had a series of workout dvds

    I also love the New York City Ballet workouts. I also liked the one by Elise Gulan and the Ballet Beautiful line. Ballet Beautiful has got a few videos you can try out. One of my friend did the xtend barre, but I never did, so I can't say if I recommend it or now.
