    Yes, I am at 1200 a day, too, and I always worry about using too many calories at breakfast and then not having enough the rest of the day!

    Whenever I have oatmeal for breakfast I am hungry an hour later. For me I have found the following keeps me going form 6am to 1030- 11am ish;

    1 large egg - made with 1 tsp smart balance
    2 piece of wasa multi-grain light crackers
    sometime I add 1/2 slice of cheese
    fruit
    water - 1 cup of coffee with flavored cream ( my weakness but have stopped adding additional sugar)

    or
    homemade smoothie made with 1 c almond milk, ice cubes, 1 small banana and whatever I am in the mood to add to it anything from
    fruit such as fresh cranberries, strawberries, blueberries
    PB about a tablespoon
    cocoa powder to taste

    Does not take long to make and if I am rushing I can bring with and drink while I commute to work

    toast with jam...
    english muffin wid peanut buttter & banana slices
    oatmeal with berries
    fruits and greek yogurt...
    a burrito..
    multigrain toast with cream cheese and apple slices..

    A piece of toast with peanut butter and bananas on it. Also the two ingredient pancakes are good, you mash up a banana and mix in two eggs.
