How do you juggle your jiggle?

When you exercise, what do you do to combat the jiggle factor? Do you wear super tight compression garments to hold it all in? Do you wear baggy garments to cover it all up? :blushing: Or do you just wear what's comfy and let all hang loose? :drinker:

Apart from keeping the girls as secure as possible, I don't worry too much about jiggle, so I wear something comfortable. I prefer not to have a ton of rolls hanging out everywhere when I'm working out in public, but it's comfort over pride for me, for the most part. I tend to wear compression shorts/capris or yoga capris and (almost) always a tank top, sometimes fitted sometimes not. I am so glad that Jesus invented the Old Navy bubble tank, it is so comfortable (not the best for jumping around, and it's not awesome for yoga, but I've run two 5Ks wearing one, and it was great), and it's baggier, so it hides some of the jiggly bits, but has a drawstring at the bottom, so it stays in place decently (again, as long as you're not jumping around or bending over).0

Tight pants, loose top! :blushing:0

I have a few tank tops that hold the jiggle pretty well and they are long so it covers the belly. So yeah, tight pants and fitted tanks. The jiggle just distracts me too badly during workouts.0

Tight everything so my loose skin doesn't rub and chafe.0

i go for comfort... make sure my sports bra is adequate... usually a form fitting tank and cotton shorts or capris..I don't worry too much about my jiggle.. I am there to drip sweat, not look impeccable.0

I tend to wear tight top with a built in bra, plus another sports bra, and capris on the bottom that are on the tighter side. I find the jiggle can be painful when jumping so I will sometimes wear one of the waist trimmer belts just to hold it in for those kinds of workouts.0

after reading this, i think i am in need of some new bras to keep the girls from jiggling...i think i should have realized that yesterday when i almost gave myself a black eye.0

running I wear two sports bra because if the girls get-a-going it effects my asthma and kicks it up a notch...true story. but I prefer bike shorts and yoga pants on the lower half...if I'm feeling like a chunky monkey I'll throw a loose, long tshirt on overtop...but usually not.

A good sports bra is a must. As for the rest it depends on what I am doing. If I'm walking then just cotton shorts or capris and a t-shirt or tank top. Now if I'm running I wear compression capris and wicking shirt or sometimes even a compression tank with a t-shirt over the top but not in this heat. For kickboxing I wear either yoga type capris or compression capris and a compression tank with a t-shirt over the top.
I have lost enough weight that I have alot of loose skin so I have alot of jiggle and honestly with some activites such as running it actually hurts because it bounces around so much if I don't wear the compression garments.0 -
Funny enough, I used to be very upset by the jiggling. Now I look at it this way,
...the more it's jiggling, the more likely it is to stop - sooner rather than later!0 -

Throw in a couple bras, and that's how I do!0 -
I bought some cheap compression undergarments to wear under my yoga shorts. I needed all the support I could get to keep my butt and thighs from bouncing around. That freakin hurt, it bounced so much! Not. cool. It made me feel terribly self-conscious and even more fat and out of shape.
It's just getting to the point where I can almost go without the extra undergarments (they're like spanx), but I'll probably keep wearing them until I don't need any support at all.0 -
I bought a good sports bra, to make sure no jiggle.
Then I have some elasticated figure hugging short trousers. They maybe make things jiggle, but then it's ok because it's easier to exercise in and everyone seems to wear them - no matter what size - where I live, so there is absolutely no judgement.
And then for a top I have a reebok 'easy tone' t-shirt which is super tight but keeps everything in place = no room for any kind of jiggling. The label even says "if you've got it flaunt it" just to make people feel ok about wearing something so tight.0
