Maybe try working some strength training into your routine ? I don't think you can 'spot-control' where you lose fat but you might be able to firm up your pecs quite a bit by doing some chest presses on a machine or bench pressing. Even pressing some dumbbells will probably help.

I know in the month I've been working out, my pecs seems to have firmed up...I do lifting 3x a week. That combined with losing fat will help I hope.

I had bad ***** titties when I was fat. Just keep losing fat and they will shrink. Once I reached goal weight I bulked for a while and the added mass in chest, back, and shoulders helped stretch skin tighter around torso

Add some strength exercises to your routine, this will firm the underlying muscle but it wont drastically reduce them on there on. Just keep loosing the bf and they will come off, them and my love handles are the last place weight comes of me.

Hey there. I used to have them real bad and now they are almost gone. As others suggested, the key is continuing to lose fat and trying to pack some muscle on underneath. My chest seems to be the last place I lose weight from, so I completely understand your frustration, but be patient, it will come. For me, packing some muscle on the shoulders and back seemed to help as well.

As far as exercises go, I am a huge proponent of push-ups - all kinds and variations. If the standard variety is too easy, mix it up. Try elevated feet push-ups, reverse grip push-ups, one arm push-ups, etc.
