Just so frustrated!

I recently started on MFP. I was doing really good and then I went on vacation. I do not have a smartphone and didn't have wi-fi so I stopped tracking and cannot seem to get back on track...plus we shared all of our food and didn't always make the best choices..I am a lifetime weight watchers member and I am having a hard time because I hit goal weight in March and I have gained 6lbs back and I have been maintaining that. I like the idea of working out and eating right and I try everyday but I do get sucked into temptation by baked goods especially or I also go for the ""ok i had something sweet, now i need something salty" kick. I gained it back because I guess Im just not as accountable now because i only have to go once a month to the meetings. Im not a huge fan of the local meeting leader so I go about 40min away. I pay $14 a month to weigh in (because I am over goal) and I keep telling myself I can get it off but it just doesnt seem to be working. I would go to more meetings but unless I weigh correctly I will keep paying. I dont live close to a gym so it is inconvenient to do that also...I feel that weight watchers and MFP are great it just seems that if you only have 6lbs to lose, it takes forever! Im frustrated with myself and I am getting on other people's nerves now because I worry about my weight and it is only 6lbs!!! really?! People have so much more to lose and they can do it.....ugh!!!!

First of all, quit making yourself feel bad for worrying about having 6LBS to lose.. IF those of us with more weight to lose had thought to worry about it at that point, we would not be in the shape we are in.. As long as your goal is a healthy one (and with WW it should be), only concern yourself with you!
Second, TRACK EVERYTHING.. set a goal.. go back to your food diary from your successful weeks on weigh watchers and mimic them. Tell yourself your goal is to go 2 weeks without "X" ice cream, soda, whatever your guilty pleasure is.. Or, say today i had sweet, tomorrow's treat will be salty!
Third, GET MOVING.. add a walk to your day, or a run, or a swim.. whatever gets you moving .
Remember, getting back to goal from 6lbs away is easier than from 16 or 26 lbs away..0
