My routine is be active every single day with an emphasis on cardio. I found weight loss (fat loss) is almost entirely related to limiting my calories. Exercise increases my fitness level and makes me feel spectacular. Consistency cannot be beaten.0

First off you look Great!!!
Second, I'm so glad to see that in your diary you were brave enough to admit that you still have a beer or two now and then. Most claim to giving up the spirits, but we all know it ain't so. It just goes to show, you can have your cake (beer) and eat (drink) it too.
Your my hero!!!
Keep up the good work!0 -

There are foods which make it harder for me to control my hunger (sugar and processed/engineered foods) but ultimately it's all a matter of maximizing nutrition and keeping a moderate calorie deficiency everyday. I've had beer throughout my weight loss which slowed it but slow and steady was my goal. 1.2 lbs per week for the first 10 or so months and 1 lb per month since0

Way to go!!! Excellent progress and a tremendous inspiration.0
