Busy Moms get FIT

Hey MOMMAS....this chat group is for those of us with kiddos who either stay at home or work outside the home....we are busy but we are DETERMINED to get our workouts in and find quick healthy eats!
SO, I wanna know what you did to get FIT and what did you have to do to make sure you got your workout in. We all know you have to make a sacrifice in order to get a workout in, so what was yours today?

I'm a stay at home mom. I've got 4 kids, ages 6, 5, 2 and 1. So finding time to workout is a challenge.
I'm starting the 30 day shred Monday, and will be also using my rowing machine. I am going to get up an hour before the kids in the morning to get my workout done. And then plan on taking them for a long walk each evening before bed0 -
i'm a stay at home mum with 2 girls one 4 and one 2 and with hubbies crazy work schedule its sometimes difficult to fit in a workout but so far its been going well as i sign up for the following weeks class at the gym every time i sign in so its my incentive as if i miss the class its £5 to pay the class fee so on days that the evening rolls around and its gym time even if i am exhausted i will go. currently i go only 4 times a week i do two legs bums and tums classes and one kettlebell class and a step aerobic class as well and so far so good and sometimes i will switch it up and do just cardio or cardio and strength training in the gym instead of a class0

Being a parent is already energy draining it is so hard to find even more energy for workouts and cooking healthy meals. I do my long workouts on the weekend when my husband is home and I do what I can during the week if time allows. I plan all my meals in advance and I make sure they are not only healthy but EASY and FAST.0
